Nicole Hurst - President of Cole House Design, loves to transform any home, whether it be through interior decorating or home staging.  Her work has appeared in small starter houses right up to million dollar mansions. 

Nicole's ability to collaborate with her clients, real estate agents, and tradespeople, has earned her the reputation of a true professional.

Realizing she had an eye for colour and design early in life, Nicole obtained her interior decorating diploma.  She paid for her tuition, by working for a landscaping company and garden centre...teaching her the true art of curb appeal.  

  
Nicole then took her knowledge and creativity and jumped into the fashion industry.  She became a well-known Toronto stylist and visual design merchandiser, for one of the oldest and largest fashion labels in North America.


After the birth of her first child, Nicole decided to take a hiatus from the design world to be a stay at home parent.  She left behind a job at a development firm, which had just completed construction of many new lofts in downtown Toronto.


Through her time at home in Mississauga with her children, Nicole continued to decorate and stage homes for friends, family and colleagues.  She also continued to take interior design courses at her local college, to stay on top of current trends. 


After completion of the top to bottom remodel of their older Mississauga home, Nicole and her family decided to move.  Beautifully staged, the home sold to the first person who walked through the door.  It took in over $40,000 more than homes in the area recently had.  


Nicole and her family moved to the Halton region, residing in beautiful Georgetown, Ontario.  Nicole then decided to incorporate her passion, constant enthusiasm, and natural talent for interior decorating and home staging into a business, and thus emerged
Cole House Design. 


Nicole is a Graduate of The Staging Diva^TM Home Staging Business Training Program, created by internationally known home staging expert Debra Gould of Six Elements Inc.
